These addictively sweet and nutty tasting microgreens are ideal for salads, sandwiches and so much more. Their oblong, oval leaves have slender white to yellow shoots. They are packed with vitamins and zinc, iron and calcium. When and where to plant: Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Care: Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvesting: Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors. Storage: Store seed in cool, dry place.
