Tender and sweet, the Bull's Blood Microgreen beets have a beautiful red-purple color and are delicious and crunchy. They are a source of Vitamin C and are an antioxidant. When and where to plant: Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Care: Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvesting: Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors. Storage: Store seed in cool, dry place.
