Overview
Very easy and quick growing microgreen, at their peak of crunchiness in 5 or 6 days. The leaves are green with white stems. They have a bold, tangy, slightly floral flavor. Will lose their crunch once they grow larger and get leafier. When and where to plant: Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Care: Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvesting: Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors. Storage: Store seed in cool, dry place. Heat and moisture can severely reduce germination.Specifications
