Overview
These microgreens have green leaves with a red blush that have a spicy mustard flavor. In fact, they are the spiciest of the mustard greens and taste a bit like horse radish. Ideal in soups, salads and even stir fly! When and where to plant: Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Care: Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvesting: Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors. Storage: Store seed in cool, dry place.
